GoogleBetter than most lenders in the area, but expensive. By the time all the deductions have been taken from the rent including their rent guarantee, plus tax, etc., you're not left with very much income every month. The other main problem is the contractors they use to fix problems way overcharging for even the simplest things, e.g. you need a lightbulb changed, so we sent our engineer round, that's £120 + vat! Also I have had issues with the six monthly inspection reporting that the property was fine, then when I've been round myself I found it was filthy, like the tenant hadn't cleaned it since they had moved in. They should keep on top of things like that, after all you are paying them enough each month. On the plus side they are efficient, respond quickly to queries, and I haven't found any other agents in the area that are any better.

GoogleGenerally everyone is very helpful especially when the previous tenant went to arbitration over deposit held back against professional cleaning. Lisa, Regan and the manager at the Croydon office were really helpful in explaining the procedures and assuring me that they will assist to present the landlord's case. Subsequently the case was settled before it went to arbitration. Thank you. On 05/23/2015 you gave us this review: 4.0 /5 Team is always friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and supportive. Definitely a 4*

GoogleI got a wonderful house in Croydon with the help of people from Leaders. The executive from leaders named Kurwahn is a wonderful host and very helpful in-deed. You would feel like you are talking to a long time friend and not like an agent in most of the occasions. Their documentation, service and follow up are wonderful.

GoogleI’m really impressed overall with Leaders Croydon, they have been so caring to my elderly mum who has found the selling process quite stressful. I’m particularly impressed with Jordan and her response time to my e mails asking for specific information. She is always very polite and professional, an asset to the company. Lucy
