GoogleThe laziest so called 'estate agents' I have ever had an experience of dealing with. They are slow in coming back to you when you have a query which we found when looking to rent and especially when tenancy ended and we had a dispute with our landlord. Never dealing with them again 2/5 is kind

GoogleWorst agency ever! Lock out of the house due to their fault (they gave the plumber a key I don't have) and no help at all!! Asked to leave the house after 6 months and again no help or flexibility at all!! So do yourself a favour and go for another agency.

Unfortunately the problem has not been resolved and the problem has spread through the block of flats this morning. So the management company are dealing with this matter now! I have spoken to your manager Tyron about how helpful you were, and how professional your remained throughout our conversation. I would also like to say how now days people do not go the extra mile, but you did Kurwahn and I would like to thank you for this. I also mentioned to your manager that you are an asset to Leaders.

GoogleVery bad service agent is not arrived at my meeting on the rental home .. The house was to be the minor renovation and painting and it turned out that the house is a fungus, mold and so on. Complete mistake and a waste of time customers do not recommend

GoogleAfter spending close to a year with no movement on our property sale, we enlisted Beverley, Shannon and the Leaders Croydon team to help get us moved. They were extremely proactive, trying several different strategies to find a buyer, rather than just letting us sit on the market as we had done previously. I can safely say we wouldn't have been able to move in 2019 if it hadn't been for them. Highly recommended.
