GoogleCalled in to Leaders today regarding a property in East Croydon I wanted to view, Kurwahn answered and although he advised I wouldn’t pass referencing he also gave me steps to take in order to boost my affordability which is SO helpful. His charm and charisma would definitely make me come back to him to take a property. Massive recommendation!

GooglePoor communication as landlord and required nagging multiple times until anything was done - some things still not repaired 6 months later

Here at Leaders we work hard to provide fantastic service to all of our customers and so it's discouraging to learn that you have had a negative experience with us. We recognise the importance of providing a high level of service to our customers throughout their experience with us, we believe that if any issues arise that through the use of effective communication we are able to swiftly address these and alleviate any concerns, we regret to hear that you feel the communication from our team at Croydon has been poor. It can be noted that when dealing with repairs we are contracted by the Landlord as managing agent to act under their instruction and this means that if any issues are reported to us we relay these onto the Landlord to seek their instruction and authorisation to proceed. Having had the chance to discuss your comments with the property management team in Croydon they have informed me that there is an outstanding repair at the property in relation to the fence; unfortunately as the team have not had the Landlords authorisation to proceed with the repair they have not been able to rectify this. We will always advise our client landlords of their repairing obligations however we are not party to the tenancy agreement in place and do not have the authority to enforce works to proceed which would be in contradiction of the Landlords instruction. We acknowledge there was a repair to the worktop within the kitchen which sadly took some time to rectify, following on from the above the reason for this delay due to needing the Landlords authorisation for the repair, once we received authorisation the repair was undertaken within a reasonable timeframe. We recognise the importance of all reviews and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve moving forward by providing us with your feedback about your experience, from briefly looking into this I do not believe that we have acted incorrectly during your experience with us however would like to offer our sincere apologies that you felt the service you received fell below the high standards expected of Leaders. GoogleLeaders have gone out of the way to accomodate my last minute plan changes both during check in and checkout. Tyrone during checkin and Paul during checkout were very helpful and it would have been very difficult for me without their assistance. Thank you Leaders.
