James has shown me around about a dozen properties now and always makes time, he is very friendly and willing to share his knowledge. I have spoken and met with numerous agents but, would have no hesitation in strongly recommending James and I will contact him when I sell rather then anyone else in Balham.

Can't quite believe I am giving an estate agency 5*, but after 2.5 years with Jacksons, I do think they have done very well. They have been fair to both me as a tenant and my landlord. They are attentive to problems and communicate clearly and openly throughout.
