GoogleI'm not giving them 0 stars because I can't. They made me pay the deposit and then they didn't give it back to me, making vague excuses. After paying the deposit, they don't care or are interested in helping you with what you need, they only care about the money and their commission, since they don't talk to the landlord to reach fair agreements. I'm very disappointed and obviously I would never recommend this agency. Super bad service.

Avoid renting with these agents at all costs.Jacksons pressured me into signing a tenancy agreement and paying move moneys some 7 weeks before my move in date. They proceeded to fail to get the landlord to sign and left me without a home 1 week before my move-in day. They have continued to hold my money and not offered me any compensation for the situation they put me in.

Kerry Dunmall has been my agent for a few months now and she has been great! I have been in my rental property for about a year and half, during that time I have had 3 agents and a long list of things that needed to be fixed and seen to. Prior to Kerry nothing got done and the lines of communication were poor. Kerry immediately got things done and seen to in a professional and efficient manner. She is extremely organised and her means of communication are great, she is constantly keeping me informed on the status of each job. I have been very happy with Kerry’s work and appreciate what she has done thus far.

We had some issues with the flat since moving in and our requests for help fell on deaf ears/ were ignored/ no updates given as to status on getting them sorted... then Jamie was tagged in to look after us and sorted everything really timely, providing updates and managing our expectations. We were pretty disappointed previously and quite disgruntled with Jackson’s but since Jamie started on the account we have been really happy. Even the things he can’t sort immediately we don’t mind because he’s been empathetic about it and it’s out of his control (landlord decision). 5/5.

We had a great experience with the agency where looking for a place to rent. As soon as the lease agreement was signed it has been a nightmare and ever since...Broken shower never fixed after 1 month, major leak from roof never investigated, power outage within the flat ... Adding on top of that a messy flat with dirts , carpets and nothing clean before we moved in.And bad feeling of no one caring even though the rent is expensive.

Clapham office: Offer ended up falling through. Property described as share of freehold, but it was never explained that this means there is actually a lease on the property (which was only 54 years). Advertised as having planning permission for a loft extension, but the agent would not provide information about when the permission expired, even when asked (we found out from our solicitor that it was only 6 months away which was not sufficient). The manager of the agent phoned to convince us to buy anyway, which we said we would not do without extensions of the lease and the planning permission. The manager hung up mid conversation which we felt was extremely rude.
