Anna is a charming and friendly agent who’s goes the extra mile to help and inform. She is eager to answer any questions, and if she doesn’t know, she will endeavour to find out. She is knowledgable and has clearly done her homework when showing a flat and this has given me confidence as a client. I have only favourable things to say about her professionalism. She is an asset to Haarts.

Ellie is outstanding!!! Even though I did not go through with the property the whole experience was by far the best I have experienced. Usually agents can be pushy & cold with a slight shark approach, but Ellie displayed empathy, patience and understanding throughout, while I made my mind up! Which is often a tricky one loool Thank you Ellie for the fantastic service, and going above & beyond for me!

Anna is one of the best agents I have had pleasure of meeting. She really cares for what you need and will look to find you a perfect house. She has been helpfu throughout the whole process, answering a lot of questions and guiding my partner and myself through a complicated process. She is the one that I would recommend to contact if you want to sell or buy a house.

My wife and I had the opportunity to work with Oswald Jones when purchasing our first house. Professional from the first call, Oswald has been understanding, patient, punctual and collaborative along the entire process. He's been instrumental in collecting those small information that made a big difference and by far the best agent, among the over 10 from many agencies. Kudos to Haart Estate for hiring Oswald.

I was in a bit of a tricky situation looking for a flat on DSS for my elderly Godmother. I can tell you I spoke to hundreds of estate agents over a few weeks and none came close to haart letting agents Croydon. This review really is specifically for NAHID! I've never come across someone so patient, helpful and going above and beyond to help us. His knowledge of how to work with all housing scenarios is impressive and he tries to find the best tenant / landlord match and will actually WORK WITH YOU! not throw excuses or hold any judgements or biases. I can call him with any issues and q's and he gets back ASAP! especially with contracts etc. Thank you so much again and my Godmother is now happily housed in the perfect flat for him. Hope I get to work with you guys again in the near future and a big THANK YOU! :)))PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would like to share my positive feedback so far with Aliya Charnley since she took over the management of my property. Aliya Charnley has been very helpful throughout and thorough in managing my flat with an in-suit tenant. She always willing to help and support in resolving issues raised by the tenant. Where possible she would also send a helpful reminder on any outstanding issue. She is also willing to go further to help out and coordinate between the tenant and landlord when issues arise. Keep up the good work Aliya and a pleasure working with you so far!

Jodian was the agent who showed me the houses/flats. During this time, we had a brief conversation on the houses and her job where her passion was showing. She made it very easy and comfortable to talk, so it made the experience of viewing places more pleasant. She is also very knowledgable with the housing/flats so getting more information on them has been helpful. She even helped me with understanding the offer form and the process of renting. I'm very grateful to have worked with her! Would definitely recommend her and her company!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I’ve been searching for a place for my family since about 3months which was becoming nearly frustrating until I came across haart letting, got a nice place that’s budget friendly and the whole process of moving has really been smooth with the assistant of Ellie Wigmore one of the Senior Negotiators of the company. Thanks haart, thanks Ellie.

By far the best estates agent I have come across. Ellie had excellent communication throughout, she responded to queries promptly and followed up when necessary. I had a second viewing, which Ellie hosted, she allowed me to take my time and was on time to the appointment. I had a few issues with Let track/Homelet which Ellie helped me resolve which made the process a lot easier. Thanks Ellie!

Impressed with Ryan Neale's professional and friendly valuation service. He was very helpful, gave us lots of time and provided us with plenty of valuable advice on selling our property at a future date. He surely has a good knowledge of the market as well as helping us to focus on how to improve our property in view of prospective buyers. Ryan Neale was a pleasure to meet and we would definitely recommend him for any property valuation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I had great assistance with Billie today she was amazing with telling me about a new insurance policy that will help with my tenant. Billie was patient in her advice and soft in her approach and talking me through the processes. Best productive service from my agent so far. All the team are helpful but have found her the most friendly adviser. She will go far in life.

I just got an accommodation in Croydon. It was quite quick. Viewing the property, making rental application, and receiving the offer from London all happened in just one single evening. It's all thanks to Ellie who helped me with my hunt for accommodation in London. I really recommend this letting agent.

Just to say that I was very pleased by the valuation service provided by Ryan Neale . He was very professional and friendly and above all not at all pushy . He showed great interest in the property and made many observations , both good and bad but all honest and to the point . Mine was a general enquiry however should this change then I would definitely consider using his services .PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We have just exchanged and this was guided by Yara and Jason. We found Yara and the team very responsive from start to finish. Excellent communication all the way through with has been the main barrier to our previous sales and purchases. Thankfully we had a reasonably straight forward purchase but when negotiation following the survey happened it was easy and professional. We have not found this the case with other estate agents so it a big plus point to Haart. Ultimately I cannot fault the team. Yara herself always has always taken the time to answer any questions. Would recommend.

I’ve had quite a few questions for Brad and his team. Brad seems very knowledgeable with the market and he has given me some great advice with my recent new venture in becoming a landlord. I’m very much looking forward to working with Brad, there’s not many Estate Agents out there who will give me the time of day or have the patience for me. Brad also speaks with me out of his working hours, he’s a rare find. Thanks Brad!!

I came accross Yara from Haart by coincidense while searching for a new property. She has proven to be a gem of a Sales Manager. I can only applaud her professionalism and friendly approach, really showing the prospected customer how much she cares. Yara is agile, with a hands approach, making sure that all the bases are covered. I can honestly say that Haart are lucky to have her. I will definitely use her for other projects like the letitng of my current property and have no reservations to recommend people I know contact as the Estate Agent.
