Many thanks to Carlissa John of Haart in Croydon for the first class experience she provides throughout, regarding the maintenance and upgrade of my property, regular and informative updates as well as all important contact with and feedback from the tenant. Having her oversee the process makes for winners all round, the landlord, tenant and the very professional tradesmen and women she scouted and hired. Haart’s network of contacts is second to none. Keep up the good work. Our family as landlords are lucky to have Carlissa on our team! Best regards, Clive

Ellie has been excellent throughout my rental search through to offer acceptance. Providing a quick response to get my viewing arranged in 24 hours, always professional and courteous, and personally supportive, guiding me through each step clearly (it was my first rental in over 10 years so I felt quite out of touch!). Super reliable in following up at each stage and getting answers to my questions/requests. Highly recommend Ellie’s services - you’ll be in a safe pair of hands!

Although the process of documentation was long and demanding, my experience with this estate agent was made much easier thanks to Jasmine, a staff member who went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, providing continuous support and guidance throughout. Jasmine was always willing to listen and encouraged me to stay patient, even when I was feeling exhausted. I was particularly impressed when my current landlord called her at 10:30 pm with questions about filling out an online form, despite being tired, she took the time to answer and stayed on the phone until everything was sorted. I’m grateful for her dedication and hope to recommend this company to others in the future. Thanks! Adeyemi.

I couldn’t recommend Haart Lettings enough, but particularly Ellie. Both myself and my partner are first time renters, on top of this I’m still a student. I have been incredibly anxious during this time but from the very start Ellie has been unbelievably lovely. She’s gone above and beyond with helping me, answered every question and given amazing advice. She’s been understanding every step of the way - Ellie was exactly the kind of Lettings agent we needed after some not-so-great experiences elsewhere! We would have been completely lost without her in this process.

I'm currently finding my next place with Haart Croydon and Ellie has been very kind to me during my house visit. She reassured me and had an answer to all my questions. Not only this but she took care to follow up an email I sent in regards of the floorplan and she's gone far out beyond to try and get me some more images or videos of the place :) Really thankful! The referencing process is always a bit stressful - and I might have gotten a little too anxious about the different online portals - but everyone I spoke to both via email and on the phone has been nothing but kind and understanding. I really hope things get sorted soon and I get a move in date! :D

I met Ellie immediately I got to the 2 bedroom apartment I went to view and she was very welcoming and cheerful. She took me round and it was pleasant all through . She was very swift in her responses to all the questions I had while filling my application form and that was helpful. I do hope I get the house I went to view at the end of the day . The environment is very serene and would be a lovely place to get home to everyday. I would recommend Ellie to anyone searching for a place to rent anytime , any day because of her professionalism and service .

From the very first interaction, Esther was polite, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. What truly stood out was her attentiveness and responsiveness. She listened carefully to my needs and preferences, taking the time to show me only properties that aligned with them. Esther went above and beyond by explaining all the intricacies of each property, highlighting potential selling points and addressing any concerns I had.
