I’ve had an extremely concerning experience with Foxtons involving repeated inaccurate processing of my personal data over an extended period.

Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleI've had a very good experience with Foxton agents thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Alexander and Brandon. They were both attentive, responsive and definitely would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and professional letting agent.

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.
