GoogleThe Norbury branch is definitely worth 5 stars. They worked extremely hard to let our house very quickly. Furthermore, all the representatives were friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional to us and also to the potential tenants. Jack Pinion answered all our phone calls and emails very quickly and has continued to do so as as we have requested some after-sales service. We can HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Thanks Foxtons!

GoogleEver since I tasked Foxtons with managing our two rental flats, they have been nothing short of first class. Jack Pinion, who heads up lettings at the Norbury office, is exceptionally good at his job. He's an excellent communicator, who always responds right away and found us a great set of tenants within days of our previous one giving notice. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

GoogleDO NOT SELL YOUR PROPERTY WITH THESE PEOPLE, Abdi Yassin the sales agent hounded and pestered us non stop saying he had investors ready. Once the contract was signed we never heard from them, ignored all our phone calls and emails. Over promised but undelivered.

GoogleShambles of a place. Never been messed around by an estate agent like this. Told we could view three houses. Requested multiple times for the photos and information and nothing given. Showed up and the houses didn’t even come close to our criteria. Awful service. Don’t bother.
