Nicolas is a fantastic agent

Nicolas is a fantastic agent, here is extremely tentative. Unlike most agents in the market now a days, he listened, he acted and he worked with my best interest in minds. I really wish there was more agents like him in the UK!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sebastian Paz Meza, & Chris Read of Foxton Estate Agents Norbury, for the purchase of a property in Thornton Heath, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with this house purchase experience. From the very beginning they demonstrated exceptional professionalism , expertise and dedication. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and updated. They were always available to answer my questions and provided clear, concise information, assisting throughout the buying process making the buying process smooth and stress free. Their deep understanding of the local market was evident. Their marketing strategy was top notched. The professional photographs, detailed property description, and extensive online presence ensured that I, the buyer, made the right choices in shortlisting the properties for viewing before finalizing the one I purchased. I highly recommend Foxton Norbury to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Their professionalism, expertise and dedication are unmatched. Thank you for assisting me in buying a house. I had a positive and rewarding experience from both Sebastian & Chris at Foxton Estate Agents & Letting Agents, Norbury.

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

Had a great experience with Mario

Had a great experience with Mario. We were looking to sell our property and needed a valuation, and Mario was extremely helpful in organising this for us. He made the whole process straightforward, professional and stress-free. We really appreciated his help and would definitely consider dealing with Foxtons again in the future.

Have moved house 3 times and this was by far the most pleasant experience of them all. Chris and his team were excellent both in the speed of their communication and their ability to resolve any issues in a timely fashion. I was selling my deceased Aunt's house and they were all incredibly sensitive and supportive of the entire process. I would thoroughly recommend the Norbury branch of Foxtons and Chris in particular, their area of the local area and market meant the house sold more or less as soon as it was on the market.

Amazing service from Britney Shaw. Selling a house can be extremely stressful, especially when like myself having a buyer pull out on the day of exchange of contracts. Britneys calm nature, friendly smile, professionalism and empathy, provided a smooth and stress free process. Britney was very honest, she took time to listen and became a trusted advisor throughout. Communication was on point, with a remarkable response rate, Britney went above and beyond to ensure that all processes and procedures were followed and I was kept informed every step of the way. Thank you Britney for your outstanding service. All the best in your career ahead, you are a credit and a great asset to Foxtons. Doreen

I highly recommend Alexander Lewis Bennett at Norbury Foxtons branch , he is very professional and friendly, and can help customers solve all rental issues. From the time I started looking for a house and felt hesitant and helpless, he gave us a lot of help and support. In the end, we successfully secured the house in a short period of time. Thank you for your kindness. You are truly great and very helpful.👍👍👍

As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. By the time I found Foxtons' letter in my letterbox, I was ready to give up.

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

First time buying a house and thanks to Britney at Foxtons (Norbury) I would say I have had the smoothest process. Not only was she very helpful and accommodating during viewings but throughout the whole buying process. Answered any queries promptly and gave best support alongside Chris. She also suggested a very good mortgage broker and solicitors who got the job done really quickly saving me a lot of money and time. Happy to say they helped us find an amazing place. Would highly recommend!!!
