Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!

Chris was always available to take calls or if on the occasion he wasn’t he would not hesitate to call us back at the earliest convenience.

Googleshameless people it was my mistake to go to foxtons inspite i have had bad experiences in the past One MR Asim Chaudary and his boss Omar both have no common sense and very impolite. their way of dealing with potential tenants like myself . is disgrace i simply dont recommend Foxtons anytime just utter disgrace and least of a common sense

GoogleI made the biggest error of allowing Foxtons to manage my property, despite paying foxtons a hefty fee every month I am having to deal with everything myself, to make matters worse I am having to waste more of my time complaining about the poor service I continue to receive. I am so frustrated I dread getting any of the emails from them. This brunch seems to be good at pushing emails and when you complain they just back each other. Once you have signed the contract you are trapped so please don’t fall for the charms and get trapped.

I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.

The moving day I requested the keys but the guy said to me that he was having lunch and he was not going to go.
