Extremely poor experience with Foxtons. We were left without proper cooking facilities for 25 days, which had a major impact on our daily life and forced us to spend extra money on food. A functioning cooker is a basic part of any home, yet this was not handled with the urgency it deserved.

GoogleLouis and Chris made the process of buying my first home such a breeze! They were a pleasure to communicate with and were always super friendly and polite. Louis understood exactly what we wanted and was absolutely fantastic in showing us properties that met the brief. He went over and above what was expected and indulged our whims of seeing the property on multiple occasions. I’m extremely grateful and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Alex has been amazing from start to finish and continues assisting us with our home. Nothing is too much trouble, and Alex always has the answers. The Good Estate Agent is the only place you need to visit when looking for a home.

I had a fantastic experience with Foxtons. Despite a challenging market, they secured a buyer for our property within just two weeks of listing. The team was highly organised, professional, and, most importantly, extremely responsive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and approachable, which gave me real peace of mind throughout the process. When you’re under pressure to sell and move things forward, that level of support and responsiveness makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Foxtons.

Not only did he secure asking price, he navigated very difficult circumstances (and a long and drawn out process), extremely diplomatically and empathetically. I’ve bought and sold several properties but Chris is by far the best estate agent I’ve worked with. He’s professional, kind and a pleasure to worth with. I've recently started renting from Foxtons. They are both the letting agent and the managing agent. I have never paid so much for such a bad service. None of the extractor fans work, my heating doesnt work, the curtain rods are bent and now one has fallen off & luckily no one got hurt because they have taken so long to resolve the issues. I'm wondering is this even legal?

I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

GoogleThe Norbury branch is a 5 stars. We had the pleasure to deal with Jack Pinion and he was very positive in helping us to find potential tenants. He was very friendly, professional and always pleasant, he answered promptly to all our calls, message and emails. He worked hard to let our house very quickly. I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
