Rental experience with Kamile (Crawley)

Today I moved into my flat after a long period of time looking for the right one. Kamile has been unbelievably kind, caring and diligent! She made every step of the way easy and tailored for our needs. Even with some hiccups along the way they made sure everything could go ahead as planned. Cubitt & West comes highly recommended by both my hubby and I. The service we received was impeccable, from start to finish. Rocco Fung impressed us with his sales technique and made us feel at ease. Every single member of staff dealt with us with great professionalism. I would like to mention a few members of staff by name Caitlin Rosser, who calmed me down when we lost our first buyer. She spoke with such reassuring words, and chased up the Sales Progressor when I could not get hold of her. Phoned me back when I was at my wits end, as pressure was mounting from our vendors, and guided me. Moving home is stressful enough, but having someone stay calm, efficient and helpful lightened the load. Gillian Gascoigne and Juliana Dennis were brilliant too. My experience with Maddison at Cubitt & West has been exceptional! Maddison was so helpful from the very first phonecall I made. Maddison is such a lovely person and excellent at her job - she not only listened carefully to our needs and gave us some brilliant advice, but she also embraced our home life wonderfully when she visited us; she was so very lovely to our very chatty and confident little boy, and was so attentive to him whilst juggling her professional role whilst with us and we are so grateful. Although we haven’t gone ahead to sell & buy right now, if the time does come I will be making Maddison my first port of call. The team have all been very good at keeping in touch with us in a supportive way without there being any pressure whatsoever. This really is a great branch and I would urge anyone to reach out to the team and particularly Maddison if you have any queries, or are looking to buy/ sell.
