Could not recommend enough

We have recently sold our property through Cubitt & West and could not recommend the southsea branch enough. We instantly warmed to Maddison the moment she came to do a valuation and throughout the whole journey, she has been invaluable. Amelia and Emily have been incredible whilst conducting viewings and as a result, we sold within just a few days.The entire team has also helped us with our own property search and we have felt nothing but supported and listened to. Maddison kept us informed of suitable properties and made us feel feel respected and looked after and we now consider the team as friends.A special mention also has to go to Ian whose humour, patience and kindness has made the entire mortgage application process painless, and his hard work will not be forgotten.We have dealt with many other estate agents and would not hesitate in recommending this team over anywhere else.

The marketing and sale of our property by Zoey and the subsequent co-ordination with our purchase by Julie was first class. Zoey showed more interest and requested more knowledge of our home than the competition. She knew exactly who to market it to, and as a result it was sold after two viewings and only two days on the market.Our combined sale and purchase involved a chain which has required constant communication with all parties and Julie has been instrumental in getting everyone to the finishing line.

Cubitt and West Horley

The whole experience from start to finish has been very professional from Cubitt and West. Siobhan initially got the property on the market swiftly and got buyers queueing up. Communication was clear, concise and just when I needed it to keep me on track. The team in the background like Lindy and Aumit kept the sale moving along with patience and diligence. We even had the usual chain issues but everybody stayed calm and alert and we finally exchanged without any issues. All in all the team at Cubitt and West deserve five stars.

Cubit and West Crawley, Excellent Experience.

From the first visit when we decided to test the market we found the team professional and helpful, the online content and video walk round were excellent by and after the first open day our property was sold. Liam and then Nichole were always there to answer our queries and then guide us through the process, communications are always responded to by various staff even if the others were out of the office, I had a few long chats with Liam during the sale and found the whole process stress free, things happen in a long chain and I always felt that this was being dealt with by our sales team and solicitors, we are grateful to Cubit and West for dealing with our sale and recommend them if you are thinking of starting your own sale/buy.

Over the moon with the service we have received from the Horley branch.After speaking to four estate agents about putting our house on the market, we were immediately drawn to Siobhan. She was incredibly friendly, professional and we loved her approach!! Take the stress out of selling…

We have lived in our home since we married, we haven’t had to buy or sell a property for 38 years, we were very anxious about the process and needed guidance and reassurance. We also didn’t want to be sold to.We initially met with Liam Galliford who came around at a time to suit us, he was consultative and reassuring. Liam was very professional and able to answer all of our questions honestly and clearly. His recommended strategy was spot on, we sold our house in 10 days, Liam had said he expected no more than 14. We needed to move fast.Liam was supported in the Crawley office by Scott, Tamsin and Nichole, who arranged all of our viewings. They were all guided, we didn’t need to do anything, and arranged with minimum disruption to our home life. We even agreed a communication method that I was able to manage with my busy work from home schedule.Now waiting for the contracting process to conclude…up to now, the process has not been stressful, just busy and manageable thanks to Liam and his team.Highly recommended.

Marcus at cubitt and west is amazing!

I have rented from cubitt and west for nearly 8 years. Marcus who is head of lettings in portsmouth is the most kindest and easiest man to get on with. He has always listened to all my needs and helps me every step of the way to get the right home I need from start to finish. He has great communication and is always easy to get hold off and always gets back to me promptly. If you're looking to rent a home I highly recommend Marcus from the portsmouth branch as he will go above and beyond to get you what you're looking for. Emily Casey is the definition of great customer service

Emily Casey has been outstanding over the last couple of days. Very easy to talk with, extremely conscientious and organised. Emily has offered advice on brokers and mortgages which so far no other estate agent has volunteered. She spent time getting to know me instead of just filling out a form and making the experience personal. If I’m honest I want to buy a house just so Emily gets the commission! Absolutely amazing, from the moment Maddie sat in our living room and talked about our property and sale, we had confidence in Cubitt and West. We had been thinking about selling for a while and had already had some disappointing almost disinterested agents around but Maddie was realistic and full of enthusiasm. Amazing service from Abi.

We had to find a rental for a short term very quickly with the added potential complexity of it being furnished. I contacted so many estate agents with little reply. We had a prompt, professional and efficient service from cubit and West in North end. Abbie was our contact and she was so kind and did everything she could for us. We were unable due to isolation to physically see the property so we had a video call arranged which meant that we still not miss out on the property.
