First house purchase

My partner and I have just exchanged on our first house. Whilst the process can feel frustrating and long at times, I cannot thank and recommend Julie enough for always being so attentive and quick to respond and chase for any questions or queries we had. If it wasn't for her, I don't believe we would have been able to exchange within 12 weeks of the offer being made. Huge thank you for being so helpful, it definitely made a difference.

I recently split with my partner and was in dire need of finding a place to rent. I enquired through Cubitt & West to view a property.Dan met me at the property and showed me around in a very calm and professional manner. He could sense the property wasn’t quite right for me so went about asking what I was looking for.Dan was not pushy like most agents and true to his word, he sent me over a few more properties to consider.Sadly, I found a property elsewhere that was better suited. That said, I would not hesitate for a second contacting Dan in the future if my circumstance changes.In a world whereby everyone is treated like a pound sign, Dan has an old school appreciation whereby the clients needs are priority.Thank you Dan

we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

From the word go Micah was completely helpful and always on hand to speak to. He offered to do more than one viewing of the property for us and also at short notice. Review for Aden Radojevic at Cubitt & West regarding Flat 25, Finlay Court, Croydon

have never, in all my years of dealing with real estate professionals, encountered such a level of sheer incompetence and deception as with Aden Radojevic. After clearly outlining my payment terms, Aden demonstrated an alarming inconsistency post-receiving my security deposit, citing policies I was never informed of. It’s evident this was a calculated bait-and-switch tactic.During the property viewing, his lack of effort was astonishing. Not only did he fail to guide me, but he also displayed a baffling ignorance about the property he was representing. It’s evident that Aden is either grossly under-trained or simply doesn’t care about the responsibilities his role entails.Cubitt & West, is this the standard of professionalism you uphold? I would strongly urge management to re-evaluate the employment of such representatives who tarnish your company’s reputation. Potential clients, tread cautiously.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. All the way through the sale, along with Claire and Tamsin they made the sale progress as smoothly as possible. Can't thank John Charlotte and Emma enough for their help during my buying process. Although they wasn't my estate agent they was my sellers they treated me with so much kindness and patience.
