GoogleThe team at the Thornton Heath were very friendly and helpful. They gave options for marketing the property, kept me informed of viewings and feedback received, and provided good advice once an offer was made and at the right times. They also helped at the end of the process as we neared exchange and completion.

GoogleEven though i didn't purchase my new home through Barnard Marcus my intention was to purchase in the Thornton Heath area.Shariane was a great help in me trying to find a suitable home.Her efforts were so appreciated.

GoogleAbsolutely incompetent and shocked in the mess up of a deposit. As a tenant, things were not done clearly from the beginning, and it took ages to find out, what happened to our deposit (finally got resolved in the end). But all the notes on the system, about the deposit was unclear for a very long time. Even the landlord fully agrees that Barnard Marcus was an awful estate agency to deal with. Agreement and referencing fees are a joke: £340 as a tenant, and triple that as a landlord. Stay far away.

GoogleThe worst experience after I left the house the agency doesn’t even bother to look at your needs or they did not even try to search for new house to rent they did not even bother to pick up the call their operating manager Mr Garath he didn’t not even pick the call. I would never go with this branch again. I had reviewed it 5 stars but sorry not worthy of it. Just false hope.

GoogleMy friend and I were looking to joint investment for the first time and although I am an experienced property investor, my friend is very new to the hunting buying of property. We found a potential project and contacted Barnard Marcus and Danni answered our call as he is with the sale team of Thornton Heath. I found Danni to be extremely helpful, he went far and beyond, working very hard to ensure we get all our questions answered, introduced us to the relevant mortgage broker for the type of mortgage we need. He even offered support by talking to his experienced team members and professionals which put us at ease with the process. He was honest, practical and help us to manage expectations. My friend and her son enjoyed and learnt so much from this first buying experience. I find it so helpful as it comes from independent person like Danni and not just from me. Credit to Danni. We need more professional passionate sale staffs like this in all estate agent and bonus to Barnard Marcus. Though our sale did not go through as planned but we know why and we are continue our search no doubt with more help from Barnard Marcus. I am impressed.

GoogleCalled to view a property, left name and number and unsuprisingly nobody called back. Called this morning again and was abrubptly informed that they were in a morning meeting could I leave my name for a callback. I told them I was unhappy doing this as nobody called back last time. I asked when the meeting would end so that I could call back then. But the member of staff said she couldn't give me a time or any idea of when the meeting would end. I hope the meeting was focussed on customer service...
