GoogleIt took over 12 months to sell my flat. 2 failed sales and 4 different agents meant it was a pretty disappointing experience. Other than the marketing, they were simply not able to handle the work to help progress the sale thereafter. They eventually sold it so I have to be grateful for that, hence the 3 star rating. I hope they can improve and be more mindful of the seller in the future.

GoogleThank you to all who worked hard to sell my flat. Huge thanks in particular to Jed who was incredible and worked his magic (and worked round the clock) to secure another buyer when everything fell through. Because of him, we were able to sell and move to our new home in time. 5 stars to Jed!

GoogleAgent on inspection of the flat told us the flat is in very good condition and next people can move in straightaway. No damages from our side , we did maintain flat in good condition. After we moved out of the country and the flat they said they claiming damages and we wouldn't get our deposit back . Be careful people or you will get robbed of your hard earned money .

GoogleMy wife and I have been very fortunate in having Mason Gates as our estate agent. He has brought tenacity, dedication and sincerity to his work on both our sale and our purchase, without which we simply wouldn’t be in the position we’re in now: looking forward to moving into our new home. When he said he would do something, he did it quickly and promoted our interests every step of the way. When our buyer had to pull out of purchasing our house, he worked overtime to get a number of new potential buyers through the door and secured us a new buyer in little more than a week. If you go with Barnard Marcus in South Croydon - and I recommend you do - I’d strongly recommend you ask for Mason specifically. Outstanding service.

GoogleWe have been looking for a property for months then we came across Tony. What a gem of a person. Honest , firendly and very helpful. We have to buy and sell at the same time and he took the ownership and went beyond his duty. He was interacting with our buyer, estate agent and made sure that both transactions go smoothly. In particular I found Oscar to be diligent in his efforts to ensure each sale went through and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needed to sell their property.

GoogleI was really pleased with the service that I received from Matt, Elliot and Timea. Having tried to find a good mortgage rate and apply to HTB myself, I soon realised that working with Timea would mean not only finding a much better rate for my mortgage but also getting my application through HTB much faster, as the application process is quite complicated. She has made this whole experience much easier and smoother and I will definitely be using her services again.
