Not only was the agent late because 'another agent locked himself in a house' but the agent they sent was allergic to cats and the property had a cat in. So we were left alone to wonder around a property which we were told was vacant, to find a stranger sleeping in one of the bedrooms. Not wanting to startle him we quickly left and didn't get to look around properly and the agent didnt really seem that phased by the shambles. Complete waste of my time and wont be looking at any properties by this agency again.

EVIL!! Truly the worst place and people. I am owed 5 weeks deposit after moving out on 28/02 and not a penny back it’s been 6 weeks after countless email and calls no one answers, I’m left to go to court for my deposit, they don’t care, they don’t answer they only want your money, don’t use them, don’t trust them, avoid them like the plague!! EVIL COMPANY!!
