GoogleThe team are outstanding. From the beginning I got a fair and realistic sale price estimate of the flat and Ian's knowledge of the local market was evident. Elise was the lead team member for the sale and was incredibly proactive, regular communication keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make sure the sale went through to the end. Will absolutely recommend this branch to friends thinking of buying or selling in the area.

GoogleIt is not easy to be an overseas landlord but I'm lucky to have good service from Luarna and her colleagues from Bairstow Eves Countrywide helping me manage my property in Croydon. I appreciate the 'can do" attitude of Luarna in taking good care of my tenant to keep them happy and enjoy their stay in my unit. Very good job !

They were professional, pro active and good at communicating and keeping us up to date with how things were progressing. We valued the experience and advice they gave during the process.

GoogleI am not one to write reviews but after engaging Bairstow Eves to buy my first property, I felt compelled to leave one. A special thanks goes to Tenaha Taylor who was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. She walked me through the whole process and was on hand to answer all of my questions and put me at ease with any concerns I had. She was professional and friendly and always provided me with weekly updates. I had a very happy and positive experience with Bairstow Eves and I would definitely recommend using them!

GoogleWe used them to let our flat after a competitive bidding process. The manager, Chrissie, impressed us with her knowledge and her honesty. We had planned to leave some of the old carpets and some furniture. She was very frank about what tenants would want, which didn’t include the furniture we planned to leave and the carpets. Following her advice, we let the flat quickly for a higher price than we were asking and on a 2 year let. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. We have retained Bairstow Eves on a managed basis as we were very happy with the service. We will use them again. Thanks to all the team.
