We went to Bairstow Eves after 6 weeks of nothing via Purple Bricks. Ashley and team explained the current market, and also managed our expectations in timeframes and money. We sold once but the chain collapsed (nothing to do with BE). This second time they walked our first time buyers through everything which was absolutely required to secure the exchange and completion. We highly recommend this friendly team, who are also great in their communications.

Richard was professional, courteous and hard working when it came to or purchase of a property through Bairstow Eves. He was available and communicative with all parties and lovely to deal with, he went out of his way to check in at regular intervals. His knowledge on the local area and property was very useful, this was informative and helped us make the right decision. He made buying a home stress free, no easy feat!
