Superb. After contacting several agents in the Croydon area to rent out my two flats in Croydon, Bairstow were the best for cost, service and finding great tenants. Excellent estate agents as a whole. The letting team were so helpful throughout the whole process of finding me somewhere to rent for me and my family. Even when a landlord pulled out last minute Doug reached out to help me find somewhere even better. He was so upbeat and just a joy to talk to. Noticed that this estate agent was using pictures of my property to advertise a different flat in my building, without my consent. When I called them and asked to remove the picture, I was first asked if I was sure as all flats have the same layout. When I pointed out that all the appliances/decoration (including toaster, knives blocks, chair, throw on that chair, TV, kitchen table, chairs, kitchen unit that was added and is bespoke) were all the same as mine, I was told that they had those pictures since 2023 so it couldn't be my flat... Ended the call with them as they were clearly lacking common sense and told them they would get a letter from a solicitor instead. Got a call back 30min later saying they are taking the pictures down. If they are cutting corners on things that are visible (like pictures), it is very likely they are also cutting corners on other aspects - wouldn't trust them to rent or sell my property.
