I rented out an apartment via Bairstow Eves and had a pleasant experience. My interaction was mainly with Doug who was professional throughout. Doug was pleasant at the apartment viewing and very knowledgeable of the area. Hayley, who works alongside Doug was also very pleasant and dealt with the delays with providing the agreement professionally. I moved in on the agreed date with all the information I needed provided to me. Only thing I'll ask is that the welcome to a new home package include items for 2023 :)

As house sales go, a really relaxed and stress free experience. This was down, in the main, to the relationship with Tenaha at Bairstow and brilliant communication with all parties involved. There was lots of opportunity for the house sale to fall off the “tracks”, yet her ability to spin all those “proverbial” plates, made all parties feel at ease and knowing that it was all under control. The ability to be candid, yet understanding with individuals, when the industry can dictate, perhaps a demagogic behaviour, is a rare commodity in my experience. An opportunity to also say thank you to Maxine and Jake who have also helped me previous sales and purchases too.

I have rented with Bairstow Eves for the past 4 years and it has just been smooth sailing. Even when I've had issues they've got onto the task quickly, producing results, in some instances matter of days. Consistent with corresponding, and the only delays I've had is them waiting on the landlord's response but even then they pushed on my behalf. I have now moved on but Scott Matthews and his team at the East Croydon brand was awesome to me. Thank you! Chantal

I can’t recommend Chrissie Thompson as a too letting agent …. My brother had a house fire and I was trying to help him accommodations before Christmas …. I have been looking for 3 weeks and in them 3 weeks Chrissie was the first agent to call me back …. I had to deal with insurance company relocation companies and all the time Chrissie help me though the process with patient sympathy and understanding….. she was such a great help and she is a credit to her company…. I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Elliot and his team at Bairstow Eves. They have been such a pleasure to work with. He is so hands on with ensuring everything is running smoothly and on time. He has been very pro-efficient with both the developers and legal side of things. Especially with supprting us with securing the property from the developers. He has always been a call away and is always quick to clear up any queries. We were kept updated regarding the status of our property at all stages. Elliot truly was a support pillar for us throughout the whole process of of buying our first home and I don't think we could have done it without him! We have now exchanged contracts and are working towards completion! I have to also note that on occasions I had the pleasure of speaking to a few others working at Bairstow eves notably Elise who was always sweet and willing to help! I had the pleasure of working with Elliot throughout the sale of my property and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was available any time of the day to answer my questions and when we ran into some timing issues with solicitors Elliot took full control and chased all parties to ensure a quick exchange!
