GoogleAwful communication skills and agents are constantly contradicting themselves and each other. Rude to tenants, uncompassionate, really slow to sort out problems. The fees they charge are totally unethical as they provide such a terrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.

GoogleJordan was super helpful. He kept track of flats for me and found me the perfect place in the perfect location in almost no time, talked it over with the landlord and helped us reach an agreement. I'll definitely talk to Bairstow for anything else that comes up in terms of housing:)

GoogleFrom when my property was valued and the pictures taken I am amazed how quickly they found me a tenant. The referencing took only hours. The agents were friendly and easily accessible over the phone, but not through text, which did lead to some worries about whether we would get the flat.
