GoogleDespite Bairstows texting an appointment reminder, they failed to keep the appointment. When I rang them to ask if they were coming, the agent (Gary) denied any knowledge of the appointment and told me that I was out their area anyway!

I dealt mainly with Jordan Hall who was extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout the entire process from finding the property and arranging the first viewing, up to signing the tenancy agreement and moving in. His help was much appreciated!

GoogleLazy, counter productive. Once they get your business they become very hard to contact (don't answer the phone) give you wrong information.
