GoogleAfter moving into a rented flat in march we had a lot of headache with the flat due to its poor condition. However Sam has been a god send! Without her hard work, friendly manner and perfect attention to detail we probably would have upped and gone. The only reason for the 5 stars is for Sam.

GoogleHad a guy from the east Croydon office visit my flat about a year ago. Seemed all positive but never came back with a written proposal to put it on the market, despite me emailing and calling. So I went elsewhere in the end. I guess they only want to sell houses.
