Awful communication skills and agents are constantly contradicting themselves and each other. Rude to tenants, uncompassionate, really slow to sort out problems. The fees they charge are totally unethical as they provide such a terrible service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.

Disappointed really and felt big time let down .Poor communication, poor representation, I even being asked if I like to do the presentation on the house when it's their job to do it ,they have missed key points to present on the house .really theh are working with ppl with lack of training and desire of selling .Keep away ,and avoid using them .

Stephen has a wealth of knowledge and contacts within the property sector.He was always professional and efficiently dealt with any queries that occurred during the selling process. He certainly made everything far less stressful. I can’t praise him enough

Fionn couldn't have been more helpful with showing us prospective properties and helping us to liaise and negotiate with the Landlord regarding our needs and concerns. He was always relatively easy to get a hold of and made every effort to keep us in the loop as things progressed.

We used Bairstow eves in leytonstone to sell our property. The service was terrible, they put no effort in to the advertisement on zoopla and right move. They showed no enthusiasm during viewings and overall service was poor. Do not use them. Wasted 6 weeks of our time.

You will regret ever contact this company, very unprofessional, gimmick sales tactics to sign you up, once signed up, the property will be left unattended, they will deduct fees as they wish, they are only interested in fees that benefit them and not their customer. the English staffs can't even compose a simple email in English...100% cowboys

Dealing with Bairstow Eves has been a lovely experience. The staff from the ladies in the office to the gentleman that came to put the sign up have all been extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this estate agent and would in particular like to thank Jo and Lesley for all their help.

They are not to be trusted. Take a holding deposit still advertise the property. Badger and pressurize for paperwork. Then a week after taking the deposit and having already had all the paperwork for days ring and say that the Landlord has let it to someone else. They do not care about legalities or any potential clients!!!

Wasted a 4 hour round journey to view a letting believing we would be first come first served but no. Obviously our money isn't as good as people that drive better cars. We even offered 6 months rent in advance (£9k). Blamed on the owners no doubt but not impressed at all!

Uninterested. They put your property on rightmove at their inflated valuation and wait until the price is reduced to its true value then pretend they have done something. They don’t suggest anything that might create interest. Absolutely useless
