I sold my house with Bairstoweves ,,it was sold for a very low price for a quick sale I needed ,they told me if I use their recommended solicitors thw commission I have to pay would be less. They work with Cavendish legal group...they are the most useless law company ever..you can never reach tger either by phone ...the whole experience was awful.

GoogleAfter moving countries, me and my friend found Bairstow Eves very helpful and friendly. Some things took longer than expected, making us a little impatient but thats the nature of moving places and not really the real estate company. The agent we worked with was fantastic and helpful. Any questions (and there was alot) were answered and explained. Follow up on the property was apparent aswell. All in all really happy with the service. Made things alot easier

The worst letting experience ever. Despite paying all rental fees from 11.12.19 and signing the contract I still do not have access to the property! Is it just me, or is it breaching the contract? Letting agent is completely uninterested. Utter lack of professionalism throughout the whole application process up till now, when I literally have to rely on my friends letting me sleep on a couch, despite technically having a house rented.

I would highly recommend Bairstow services, specifically Adam and Elaine from the Wanstead branch, they were superb. Since my first contact with them, I felt that I was being listened , they understood my needs and tried to help. In my opinion there are many state agencies out there, but not many really care and have a good customer service as I experienced with Bairstow. Thank you guys!

I am really disappointed. All started well at the begging of the contract but when their is a problem they take so much time to fixe it. Our wash machine went down. We waited 4 month before the agency sent us a technician to replace it. Moreover at the end of the contract we wait 3 month before to have our deposit back. Bad experience. I don’t recommend it.

It was out first viewing ever and honestly was made to feel so comfortable and there was no pressure at all, unfortunately the property wasn't for us but Paige Burgess from the Beeston Branch couldn't have been more helpful and honestly made the experience pleasant for us, cant thank her enough!

Extremely Poor customer service, would not recommend to anyone. Their deposit scheme is an absolute joke for landlords - tenants moved out of my house 4 months ago with clear evidence on checkout report of damages / repairs / removals but Bairstow Eves have not refunded me deposit deductions for what I have had to pay out. Constantly had to chase to try and resolve - inconsistent communication.

DON'T USE THIS AGENT!! They will ruin your life!!!! I've rented a house via this estate agent, the entire time I have to deal with their endless unreasonable requests and horrible manner!!! One of the worst companies to deal with. They try to pocket your hard earned money in every possible way. They hire agents who provide false check out reports which in turn landlords use as excuse to deduct from deposit. Especially their Croydon branch has unscrupulous staff who are rude to talk to and completely unprofessional.

How do you give zero star? Trying to get my deposit back, Olga, Elizabeth and the rest of the team have been tossing me around. I moved out 2 months ago, my former landlord checked the apartment and was happy for most of my deposit to be refunded but these guys are telling me my deposit refund is now "uploaded for a review" Stay away from them, they are rogues!!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
