Luke, Sophie and Camilla were fantastic and helped make the process as smooth as possible through the entire transaction. GoogleWe received fantastic service from Sophie Griffin. Her service goes above and beyond, I had absolute faith in that she would get our issue sorted, in which she did. We have had other employees try to resolve issues previously but Sophie is the first to make it stress free. She was a absolute pleasure to speak to and has brilliant communication skills. While there may have been some snags along the way, all problems were resolved and questions answered in a timely manner - be it a can of WD40 on hand to help remove a stuck padlock or paper and colouring pencils to calm my unruly offspring while the grown ups conduct their business. Service with a smile.
