GoogleSamantha and Callum were very helpful with our purchase. Always kept me updated on the progress, communicated well between us and the seller. GoogleThank you to all the team who made my recent purchase of a buy-to-let property smooth. I have bought two properties from Bairstowe Eves in the area. Aimee was great. She informed me of a property that I didn't realise was for sale. They listened to me when I said that the price was too high as I had bought a similar property in the same block. The communication was smooth and they were very patient with me as I also am a surgeon running a private practice so had only small amounts of the time during the day. Julie was amazing at finding a tenant to move in only a few days after completion. Also, thank you to Camilla who sold me my first buy-to-let in the area.

They understood the anxiety that can come with finding a new property to rent and really put me at ease that they had things under control from the get-go. Both Ivo and Sophie's communication/ responses were extremely timely, professional and friendly and they provided clear instructions & information of next steps throughout the whole experience. When coming in to sign final documents and collect keys, Julie was lovely and super informative with all the final things I needed to know. GoogleIvo is hands down the worst letting agent I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only did he lie to my face on the viewing he is now refusing to issue me with a signed copy of my tenancy despite the fact I’ve been living here since October. He is rude, ignorant and totally unprofessional.

GoogleHaving never used an estate agent before but hearing horror stories of how some estate agents operate in the rental market; I was a bit reluctant dealing with one however Bairstow Eves (Will Donker especially) has been nothing short of amazing! The whole process was extremely quick, simple and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. Communication with Will and the rest of the team at this branch has been great as well. GoogleI have just rented a flat with them and they are quick and responsive and very reliable. Specail thanks to Ivo The Above was the comment I left when I was given false promises by the agents and they are the most unprofessional bunch of people you will be dealing with if you choose to do so. 1. Promises that they don't honour 2. Rude staff who fake care only till they receive the money and then they are like who are you? 3. I was told by my friend mentioned above that they don't care about tenants its only Landlords who matter to them. 4. Trying to escalate to the Branch Manager was a waste of time and was faced with humiliation. 5. Eventhough they made mistakes by giving false deadlines and promises i paid the cost of £800 for a flat i never moved into. 5.trying to dump damaged properties with promises to fix but guess what ?nothing happens when you move in. luckily I didn't. Its not the whole Bairstow Eves team to blame but a people like above mentioned individual and his Branch Manager bring a very bad reputation for the whole multinational organisation.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleFriendly stuff ,unexperienced but friendly until the date we received our flat's key,after that date and for the rest of our renting period almost 1 and half year they are disappeared as letting agency . They only care for the tenants to sign contracts and get paid their commission. I was believed Acorn was the worst but Bairstoweves (Purley office) is far the worst. I don't recommend anyone to use them .
