I would highly recommend this company if you are selling your house in Leeds. They have recently sold my property in Crossgates, I got 5 valuations and chose to use Your-Move due to their competitive fees and the fact that James Barratt has clearly got an awful lot of experience in selling properties in this area - I also liked the fact that James looked after the sale from start to finish - aided by his very professional staff who went above and beyond in getting my sale (and purchase) through, in difficult times (Covid etc) and with awkward solicitors - who your-move handled expertly. This is the seventh house I have sold and without a doubt the best agent I have ever used - so much so that I have already advised 2 colleagues (I'm a teacher) to use them too. Exceptional service and the only time I have ever 'tipped' a company (enjoy the wine your-move!!) and the first time I have ever felt it necessary to write a local review.

A huge thank you to YourMove, the only estate agents to have treated me like a decent human being in my 3+ year struggle to get back onto the property ladder. The house buying process is incredibly stressful and mortgage advisors and solicitors were useless but YourMove were brilliant to deal with - very responsive, kind and friendly people. your move in crossgates sold my house quickly for a very good price which i am delighted with. i got very good service from sandra ben carl and james from start to finish. it was a difficult sale as i was in spain for most of it but they kept in touch all the time and it went very smoothly. this is the 10th time i have moved and these are way ahead of any of the other estate agents i have ever used. there fees were also very good - they were over £500 less than manning and £800 less than browns - and worth every penny, infact they were only a bit more expensive than pruplebricks who i used last time and they were awful (but cheap) steer clear of them. i also met my buyer and they said how pleased they were with your-move service too. estate agents often get slagged off but your-move are an absolute credit - id use them again - but i now live in sunny spain.
