Received great service from Sandra and Marie at Your Move. They really seemed to care about me and my move to be near my daughter. We were kept in the loop at all times and they really went the extra mile for us..I would recommend them and thank them for having loads of patience with us and telling us to ring them any time we never felt we were a pain but I'm sure we were!

GoogleIf you are selling a house in east Leeds look no further than Your Move in Crossgates. Karl and his team are really efficient and friendly and helped us every step of the way. They sold our house very quickly and even when we ran into a few complications they kept our buyer happy and kept everything moving along. Totally recommend this estate agents, top class service.

Nothing was too much trouble. I can't believe with her help I completed and signed contracts in less that 3 weeks. Highly recommended. 5 stars are not enough ??

GoogleVery good service received from this estate agent, by far and away the most on the ball estate agent who were involved in our chain. I highly recommend their services. James Barrett and his team are very friendly and approachable but most of all they know the Leeds property market exceptionally well and were professional from day 1.

GoogleHad brilliant experience as a landlord letting through this branch so decided to give them a shot selling my property and was very disappointed with the experience. The agents claimed to be familiar with the property type/construction , yet the first buyers mortgage application was declined due to properly type and ( allegedly vetted buyers ) not fitting residential criteria to apply with another lender. Kept in the dark and chased for a week and a half , can only assume they and their 'approved' mortgage advisor were trying to 'fix' this. The second buyer they introduced offered over asking price to put off the two who offered asking price, only to gazunder us weeks before completion. No attempt was made to assist with renegotiating leaving this all to us , literally just forwarding emails between us and the buyer. The moment a sale is agreed you're very much on your own and this was unfortunately our experience with after sale and after completion enquiries. We previously sold through hunters and manning stainton , including leasehold high rise flat with cladding , so not an easy standard construction house - absolutely no issues and fully supported throughout the process making sure we got the best deal. Your Move either do not have the knowledge or the resources to support after sale process, making us feel they were working for the buyers rather than for us. Two stars only because the letting experience was a positive one. Wouldn't not sell through them again.
