We cannot thank everyone enough at Your Move in helping us sell our house. They were professional and courteous throughout. James advice at the beginning was brilliant as was the brochure and photos that were provided. Sandra however was my absolute rock throughout the whole process keeping everything on track. Moving house is so stressful but she keeps the focus on what's important and takes the edge off any issues that may occur. Ben is also lovely and polite to talk to. I worked with YourMove on several occasions and it’s been a pleasure doing a business with them. YourMove have been very friendly, professional and punctual (particularly James Barrett and Sandra Feugill). They helped me find a buyer for my house in a couple of days’ time and supported me throughout the process of completing the transaction (e.g. calling me regularly to give updates on the process). Well I really don't know where to start, James Barrett and his team at Your Move in Leeds have given us a great service from start to finish. To start with I had my house valued by 3 agents, I thought it was worth £220,000, agent 1 said £220,000, agent 2 said £226,500, James Barrett said £225,000 - but he advised me to try it at £235,000 as he said they were currently getting lots of offers on a fairly similar house. James's fees were reasonable too, over £1000 less than Preston Baker!. We put it on at £235,000 (oh the photos were great too btw), we got about 6 viewings within the 1st week and agreed a sale within about 10 days at bang on the asking price. The sale then progressed very smoothly with excellent communication from sandra and the other staff. I work in customer services and can not recommend this company enough - they're very good at what they do and very friendly too. Thank you so much!!!!

Outstanding Service - Above and Beyond Expectations

I cannot speak too highly of the service we have received from the staff at YourMove Crossgates relating to the recent sale of our property. It was a move fraught with difficulties that were in no way YourMove's problem but Sandra worked so hard for us to complete the process. Her efforts definitely went beyond what I expected and would like to thank her for all her work. There when I needed them most

I'm a born cynic when it comes to Estate Agents but resisted the temptation to use one an online agent, my old fashioned ways coming to the fore. I rang every local estate agent prior to putting my house on the market asking for a basic quote without necessitating a visit at that time,just to help me budget and Karl was the only one who immediately obliged. No fuss, no arguments but still showing off his local knowledge. We spoke to the others, but it always felt a hard sell was coming. When we eventually invited agents for a formal chat, we knew pretty much immediately that Your Move were the ones. Extremely fair commission agreed, photos taken and property listed within half a working day. Viewings arranged an carried out on our behalf, reassurance and confidence given to us in the early going. But it was as we approached completion that we really needed them most, helping our first time buyers understand what was required of them to facilitate the fairly fast completion and really taking ownership of every query that came up. "I'll call you back in 10 minutes when I've spoken to the buyers / solicitors..." was the given response, and it was usually less, but always with a complete answer. As completion loomed, a monumental cock-up by solicitor involved threatened to derail things but Your Move remained calm and insistent, helping keep things on track and never giving cause for alarm, a sense I never git when dealing with the other local agents on my purchase which always felt lax, and patronising. Karl, Sandra and Maria exceeded my expectations in so many ways, I can't recommend them highly enough

A complex sale!

Sandra and team helped sell my property at 6 Farnham Close recently. What should have been a straight forward sale to cash buyers with no chain became unbelievably complex due to financial issues created by my ex husband that postponed & hugely complicated the sale completion. Sandra was really supportive throughout. In particular I really valued her help and intervention when the risk of losing the buyers was at its peak. I would go as far as saying that without Sandra acting as go between, I would have lost my buyers. So I am extremely grateful to Sandra for that. Overall, the team have been efficient in managing the process of my sale and it has been a pleasant experience having you as my agents. I would certainly recommend you to others. An area I felt could have been improved was the photographs used for my sale particulars. I actually ended up asking you to use some of my own photographs instead of those you took as I thought the quality was better. Photo quality was really important to me as I know many people these days search via the internet. I was also happy with the valuation process and advise given prior to listing my home for sale by James. It felt it was helpful and honest advise and was ultimately the main reason that I chose to list with you over other agents I considered. Thank you all for all you did to help sell my house.
