FacebookExcellant, Janes and Claire did a brilliant job of selling Mum's house, they really went the extra mile, James was 100 % on our side and we stuck out against the last minute price reduction tried on the purchasers, james was a brilliant negotiator and we got our price. Whole office was so helpful and nice. highly recommend. Would defiantly use BH again.

I am a first time buyer and didn't know much about the house buying process., yourmove has helped me every single step of the way, from choosing the right property to the legal process, although it has taken quite a long time to complete because of the chain but the staff in there are professional and always willing to help and assist with any problems. I would highly recommend them to any buyers.

GoogleHouse sale went through smoothly using James Barrett who kept us continually updated. All required documentation was done online which was simple and their fees were cheaper than the other estate agents we contacted. Overall I would recommend them.

People have reservations about estate agents and tarnish them all with the same brush, but honestly Your Move Crossgates are a step above the rest and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

GoogleHighly, Highly recommend, we had a long complicated chain involving 6 properties and 6 different agents, Your-Move James Barrett (who we were buying through) we by far the most communicative and professional agent involved, I deeply regret not using them to sell my property - but we certainly will next time!
