GoogleEleanor found me a dream property in Cromer, pointing me in the right direction when I was disheartened with the first property I had chosen to view. She recommended looking at a couple of different propertys that I had dismissed when I looked on the internet, her knowledge and enthusiasm for the two propertys that she recommended encouraged me to book a viewing with her the same day. She squeezed these two viewings in on a very busy Saturday as I leaving the area the following day. Immediately walking into the second property I knew this was the one for me. Whilst at the property Eleanor called vendors and made my offer and by the following day it was accepted. From the beginning to the end Eleanor has kept me informed with developments and has delt with
any queries I have had, she has always been friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend using Henleys esate agents.

Buying a house is a massive under taking and sometimes you need a little hand holding and advice.....but Henleys really do go out of their way to make this whole process much less stressful and an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend Henleys
We brought a small holiday chalet through them. Sadly we may not have chosen the best solicitor in the world. But Jeff from Henleys was first class.
He was very supportive (even to me as a purchaser) and managed to encourage things forward. If we had a question he someone would get back to us fairly quickly.
We can not find a poor thing to say about them, 10/10.

GoogleWorst estate agents I have ever used. They never phone you back, they are rude, inconsistent and whenever I do speak to them, it seems like no one actually knows what they are doing. I have been lied to, I have been rudely spoken to in a sarcastic manner and just generally not helped.
I had issues later on during my tenancy, they decided (with the landlord) to cancel my tenancy and force me to leave the premises. Just after Christmas/New Year, with a 1 year old daughter. As you can imagine, this was a very stressful and expensive experience. I contacted them for assistance, I firstly emailed, then I telephoned, then I went in person to their office, phoned again and again... Did I every get a phone call back? NO! Not until I literally called them over and over to the point where they started to get annoyed with me. Now I am still having issues with a corrupt landlord who wishes to take virtually all of my £725.00 deposit due to "damage" caused by me in the space of 12 months, I don't think so! I require proof of the work carried out and the invoices to show this. I have requested these from Harrisons who have not sent them and surprise, surprise, will not return my phone calls. I phoned them yesterday lunch time, I am still awaiting a response. It was nearly a month and a half ago since I moved out.
I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not be letting/buying/selling with them ever again. It seems I am going to have to seek legal advice regarding this matter, good luck to anyone who rents a property via Harrisons, you'll need it!

Initially Jeff gave sound and reasoned valuation advice and was very professional in preparing Sales Particulars and marketing the property.
