Welcome to Henleys estate & letting agents your local property experts based in Cromer. We cover the whole of North Norfolk and we pride ourselves on giving a service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants which is second to none. Located on West Street in Cromer, the team is led by the owners Ryan Ratcliffe and Jeff Cox, both of whom were born and have lived in the area all their lives. Ryan and Jeff work in the office every day ensuring continuity and high levels of expertise and service. Between them they have almost 20 years estate agency experience in the local area. There’s hardly an inch of the local area they do not know! Henleys are available 7 days a week including evenings to ensure that we are here for our customers, but more importantly so that we don't miss any opportunities for our clients.
