GoogleI purchased my new house in Cromer from Jeff and Ryan at Henleys this week and I wanted to say how helpful they were throughout the whole process. I have had a nightmare house situation this year and I finally found a house through them which was perfect. Jeff was great and I was able to chat with him at any time about the purchases and its progress. He called solicitors escorted me on numerous trips to view the house and was always happy to do what was needed. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Henleys estate agents to anyone wishing to sell or purchase a house, they really are head and shoulders above others I have dealt with, and believe me I've dealt with quite a few in the last year!

GoogleI went into the office in Cromer today as we are actively looking to buy a property. If you are selling a property then I would avoid this company at all costs. I asked whether I could leave my details and was told to check Rightmove on a regular basis for my search! Hardly a proactive approach to selling customer’s property and a complete contrast to the other agents that I spoke to in Cromer today who were hugely helpful and in tune with what we are looking for. The agent was rude and dismissive and was obviously not interested in even talking to me.
I’m not one for writing reviews normally but I am completely amazed by the attitude that I experienced today.
Completely appalling - buyers and sellers beware.
In reply to the owner's response. First impressions are very important so I will definitely not be returning to your office. I visited about 8 estate agents in the last 3 days and all of the others were very keen to spend some time discussing what I was looking for and have also started to give me heads up on properties about to come onto the market. I would also like to point out that looking at your team page it was actually the owner that I spoke to, not a member of staff.

GoogleI have been friends with Ryan for a number of years but i didn't realise until recently that he had set up his own business. I have a portfolio of lettings properties that i have now transferred over to Henleys from another local independent estate agent and the difference in service is night and day! I have also just placed one of my cottages for sale with them and within 72 hours i had 5 viewings and 2 offers one of which i have now accepted. Great team, great service and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them!!! Cannot recommend highly enough. Heads and tails above the local competition!

GoogleWe tried lots of estate agents (in Cromer) and Henleys really stood out from the crowd. Their local knowledge was second to none, and the service was always friendly and prompt. Viewings were always well researched, so you trusted the information you were given, and they bent over backwards when I mis-sent an email and turned up unexpected to a couple of viewings. All in all, exactly what you want from an estate agents, and really lovely people to do business with.

GoogleWell where to start! I've known Ryan and Jeff for a number of years and I can't recommend these guys enough! With a job relocation to Dorset looming after Cromer being home for 15 years we were faced with the prospect of selling or renting our house and from start to finish Ryan and Jeff were there, always on hand with help and advice and ensuring that our sale went through smoothly and with minimum stress. They have an excellent knowledge of the local area, are extremely professional in every way, and they are honestly two of the nicest guys you could ever wish to meet - I've lost count of all the times I rang Ryan for reassurance and advice and was always met with positivity and cheerfulness and I would like to say a special thank you to him for putting up with me for the last few months! I would also like to say a huge thank you to Jeff's wife Annie and Ryan's partner Yasmin for all they have done for us during our sale too - again very professional, always at the end of the phone and above all lovely ladies to deal with. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Henleys to anyone anywhere - what you see is what you get - excellent advice, constant updates, liaising with solicitors and dealing with any problems that might arise on your behalf and keeping you informed at all times. GoogleI am not normally given to writing reviews, but I am making an exception in this case because in the first place, we were not clients of Henleys; they were simply the agents for the property we wished to purchase and secondly, the service we received from them (Ryan Ratcliffe in particular) was way beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. We were part of a particularly difficult chain, and it is mainly due to their commitment, diligence and hard work that, after nearly nine months, we finally received the keys to our new home last week. Throughout that period I had contact with all the staff either by telephone or personal contact. I have to say I found them easy to talk to, friendly and efficient at all times.
