We changed from another estate agent to Henleys after spending months with our flat on the market with minimal interest. Henleys immediately gave us a more sensible valuation and quickly took multiple photos to add the flat to Rightmove. We had more viewings via Henleys within the first 6 weeks than in 9 months with the previous agents, received an offer, which Henleys negotiated on, and we happily accepted within 7 weeks. Their local expertise and friendly and helpful staff were a pleasure to deal with.

We highly recommend Henleys Estate Agents after recently buying a property with them. It isn't any exaggeration to say that Jeff was a complete superstar. It was a complicated situation and needed lots of practical help, Jeff also made multiple visits to the property as we are over 100 miles away and couldn't get there ourselves. Although we bought from them, we wouldn't hesitate to use Henleys to sell because there was almost nothing Jeff wouldn't do for his vendor to facilitate the sale. Eleanor was also a calming godsend in the office when things got extremely stressful. Their proactiveness cannot be overstated, making contact with solicitors on both sides and many other referrals to people we needed locally both during and after the purchase has been just invaluable. They seem to know everyone! A brilliant combination of friendly and professional, available at all hours and I am positive we would not have got this through without them. This is definitely the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent. -they break the mould and do things differently. From the very first contact, through the entire process and to completion, EVERYONE that I dealt with was friendly, professional, honest, helpful and NOTHING seemed too much trouble. Eleanor was my main point of contact and I felt like she was always available to advise me, offer support, help in any way needed and offer guidance with frank impartial advice - even when she probably shouldn't have been (day and night). Her knowledge of all things seemed to have no limits (and if she didn’t know she would say, but she would then go and find the answer), her passion and care were endless and it was a genuine pleasure to work with her in achieving the house sale. Bearing in mind that I never got to meet any of the team as I had to do everything remotely, I felt as valued and enjoyed our relationship as if we had met on several occasions. Viewings were as promised, led by one of the top team with extensive feedback after each viewing I genuinely cannot recommend Henley's enough!

Terrible customer service, when we first moved into our rental property we were having issues with our boiler, no proper running hot water..told Pamela about the issue nothing was done for 3 months! Baring in mind I was heavily pregnant at the time and had a young child! 6 years later we are still having boiler issues and other issues on top of that..we have told Henley's multiple times about it but nothing ever seems to get done or takes weeks and months! Would not recommend!

Brilliant service, from my very first meeting with Charlotte to completion. Even during this horrendous pandemic, Henleys managed to successfully sell my property quickly and for the price that I wanted. Eleanor has been absolutely amazing, constantly keeping me informed and nothing was ever an issue. Both Eleanor and Charlotte were always extremely helpful, kept me informed and put my mind at ease throughout, even during some very tough times.
