Welcome to Henleys estate & letting agents your local property experts based in Cromer. We cover the whole of North Norfolk and we pride ourselves on giving a service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants which is second to none. Located on West Street in Cromer, the team is led by the owners Ryan Ratcliffe and Jeff Cox, both of whom were born and have lived in the area all their lives. Ryan and Jeff work in the office every day ensuring continuity and high levels of expertise and service. Between them they have almost 20 years estate agency experience in the local area. There’s hardly an inch of the local area they do not know! Henleys are available 7 days a week including evenings to ensure that we are here for our customers, but more importantly so that we don't miss any opportunities for our clients. GoogleI was selling my late mother's home and already had approached a coupe of estate agents to value it with a view to sell. I wasn't happy with their approach or attitude which was rather negative. I therefore invited Henleys to come over. What a breath of fresh air. Charlotte visited to value the property and was fantastic and very positive (and realistically so). John was excellent in his technical side of the photos and video walk around, and the home was sold in less than a week. The rest of the team at Henleys have been great and I must mention Elinor who has been diligent in her communication between buyer and myself. A knowledgeable and very friendly team and business to sell through. They know their market and the area. I highly recommend them.

GoogleDisappointing, Attempted to put our property for sale with Henleys however after their rep visited our property and showed little interest in the information about the property we were told all the info pack would be sent over the day after next due to being out of the business the next day. That was now 3 weeks ago and yet to hear a thing from them, even sent an email to Jeff the owner of the business stating this was the case and have been ignored there too. Save yourself some time and try someone else in the area as if they aren't keen to get you on the market can't imagine the communication is any better whilst trying to sell.

GoogleHighly recommend using Henleys when wanting to rent somewhere nice in Cromer. As a local firm, they have such helpful advice, going above and beyond what you often get from a typical multi-branch Estate Agent. They clearly take pride in what they do and having viewed a few properties with other agencies which weren't suitable, the first I viewed with Henleys was perfect.

Phones are always answered and you are not put on hold forever and you actually get to speak to somebody as apposed to a virtual assistant! Any queries or problems we have had over the past 5 years have always been dealt with efficiently.Staff are lovely and a big thanks goes to Pamela Jonas,Jessie and Denise. GoogleWe recently sold our house in Cromer through Henleys, Cromer. Eleanor was our main point of contact and she steered the whole process through seamlessly. From the initial viewings to completion, she was excellent. I think one of the things that makes Henleys stand out from other agents, is that there is always someone on the end of the phone, a team of people who know who you are, are able to either pass messages on or deal with your query there and then. GoogleIf you're looking for a property on the North Norfolk coast then Henleys really is the estate agent to go to. They have the best list, but also the team is super knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Our list of requirements is pretty extensive and the team, specifically Eleanor and Charlotte, are brilliant at finding properties that might work. They're great at viewings too, you never feel rushed and they're great at answering questions. We've had a number of great viewings with both Charlotte and Eleanor and while being super professional, they've also made it fun and interesting too.
