GoogleThanks to Jack for always reminding me well in advance for renewing my Gas Certificate and boiler service. Most reliable and helpful indeed. Thanks to Marie Colclough, she arranged some rectification of wear and tear issues for our tenants, and all at a reasonable cost, keep me updated at all stages. GoogleMartin and Co were very professional when we dealt with them. We could always get hold of them by phone or email when we needed to, every stage of the move-in process was clear and there were no issues. We dealt with Laila directly during our move-in process, and she always replied to our emails very quickly (multiple times per day) which we appreciated given the tight turnaround we were working with.

GoogleLaura has been managing my portfolio for some time and she has my complete confidence in the way she ensures my properties are well kept and also that the sitting tenants are happy. We've had some challenging situations recently to navigate, but Laura has successfully navigated through everything that get's thrown at her. I really could not continue to do my day job without Laura and the team managing my properties for me, so I really appreciate all their work and can recommend Laura and Martin & Co unreservedly.

GoogleLike many other landlords I have used Martin and Co for a considerable number years in different aspects of property rental. I have always found them extremely professional and knowledgeable. Whilst all the staff are helpful I have worked with Toby Banfield perhaps the most and in my opinion he sets the standard for others to follow. He knows the property and rental market extremely well and as such he is able to give very good advice. I have no hesitation in recommending them especially in such changing times in the rental sector.

GoogleI popped in to speak to Ben who had been ignoring my emails. He was not available but Toby spoke to me once he had unlocked the door to allow me in. However, when I was getting upset (due to a hidden disability) Sarah came across to basically tell me to leave. As someone who is finding their disability needs are blocking them being able to apply for and secure a home where I will be able to live a basic life with my fiance, instead of us needing to live apart, being treated in this way is just appalling. I hope Sarah learns from what I managed to say and doesn't continue to behave the way she did today. As I said before I left, I am sorry my disabled existence is too offensive for her.

GoogleDecember 2021: Initial engagement was indeed fabulous from Ben. Jan 2022: On arrival however money transfers not managed properly and was left homeless and traumatized! Cost me a lot in alternative arrangements until the transfer happened 3 days late only (Money had already left my bank and I was not advised had not arrived in the agencies bank) Arrived to collect keys and told only then!! 11/5: Gina Today was very supportive providing a spare key when we locked ourselves out - Thank you Gina
