GoogleReported a problem to Joshua about our property. Straight away he responded with some advice on what to try before a contractor was called. It did result in a contractor being needed but Joshua got this sorted straight away as soon as he got the landlords permission. Speedy response from both Joshua and the contactor Rob. Rob has been out to us a couple of times and his work is always professional and spot on. Within a week our problem was reported & fixed. Very pleased with Joshua & Rob.

GoogleAs a landlord using Martin & Co to find a tenant, I found Ben Noden very helpful, open and gave me some sound advice. A new tenant was found within a couple of days. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, when queries arose I was contacted in a timely manner if Ben was out of the office. GoogleVery happy with the recent level of service experienced with Martin & Co, and specifically with the assistance provided by Darcy Weekes. Darcy provided the checkout service between one tenant moving out of my property and another moving in. She managed the necessary repair work being done & the consequent monies deducted from the previous tenant's deposit. It became necessary for some negotiation to take place with the previous tenant which she dealt with expertly. Darcy is a real asset to Martin & Co and I don't hesitate to give her a 5 star rating.

GoogleMartin & Co and in particular Laura Pickerill have been absolutely amazing. They have managed a property for us for years. Until recently it has been straight forward. But we were faced with a very complicated situation which required patience, persistence and care. This was when we really saw what makes them an agency on another level. Their attention to detail and advice has been superb. Their professionalism second to none. I cannot express enough how exceptional they are. I believe few agencies could have handled the situation as well as they have. I highly recommend working with both Laura and Martin & Co.

GoogleMartin and Co have looked after my property for the last five years. They have been excellent in acquiring new tenants when necessary, very good communication when there have been issues, always easy to get hold of and very prompt responses to emails or phone calls. I have felt my property was in very safe and capable hands. There was a slight issue with a tenant leaving the house in a very dirty state which should have been dealt with before the new tenants moved in, but on the whole Martin and Co have been extremely competent. I would recommend them.

GoogleThis letting agent is such a breath of fresh air! They helped me find a property and kept me up to date with the process up until my tenancy started. Everybody I have spoken to in the office over the past couple of months has been friendly and helpful especially Chris & Jess. Once I moved in there was some maintenance that needed to be carried out. I reported this on the Monday and I was called by a lovely lady named Marie straight away with the work carried and out and completed within 24 hours! Such an incredible service from the whole team 🌟

They managed to secure 4 applicants within a week for our property in Crewe at the rent we wanted to achieve when other agents said there was a "ceiling" in the area. The tenant moved in the next week as planned.
