We have received a very good service, particularly throughout some problems with our tenants and a large amount of maintenance needed to get the property back up to a good standard. Although I had my own gas engineer lined up, he nevertheless continued to ensure that everything was in order and when I was let down at the last minute, Jack quickly stepped in and arranged for it to be done.
