Unfortunately referencing companies do not take account of those employed on zero hour contracts and whilst the offer of 6/12 months up front may seem appealing most landlords are not attracted to this option as it negates their ability to protect themselves with rent and legal protection as offered by ourselves. We have a duty to protect landlords investments and ensure that we act in a professional manner. Not very good communication, phoned them about a property let and was always put through to different departments. Was told thay would phone back on numerous occasions, but never did. Hence losing out on a property I would have loved.

This is a very busy office, but they constantly strived to accommodate my schedule for viewings. When there were delays on completion, it was them that called the seller’s solicitor and kept me updated. I want to especially recognise Lydia for all her hard work. I got my keys today and couldn’t be happier
