GoogleThe staff I dealt with were rude, we adored a property so went £15k above the asking price, when I put my offer in staff were awful. We didn't get the property after expressing how ideal it would be for us, and then had no courtesy call from them to say we didn't get it. Very poor service and ride staff so we have specifically avoided this agent - I usually wouldn't do this but I couldn't face dealing with them again.
