GoogleThey helped me find a home. As a dog owner, I always felt that no place truly suited me, but they made the effort to find somewhere where I feel genuinely at home, with a lovely garden for my little dog to play with my sister’s dog. The customer service has been excellent. The application process was quick, and they’ve been very transparent throughout. Obaida and Sue have been absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful.

GoogleUpdate: they are now attempting to steal all of our deposit. Didn’t let us know about supposed damage to the property which we did not do. They are a bunch of liars and con artists. I rented from them for 7 years and always paid my rent and stuck to my contract. They evicted me due to the landlord selling the property which is fine but they have not given our deposit back and keeps evading questions about when we will receive our deposit back. Be careful when renting through this company.

Throughout the process Chloe was incredibly helpful, professional and personable. She answered all my questions and handled any of my concerns with kindness and was highly efficient. Emma handled our referencing and both women went out of their way to be helpful and the whole process from viewing the property, to completing referencing checks to moving in was brilliant. GoogleI have been renting my house for the past 3 years with Northwood. Being a first time landlord I required the assistance of an experienced estate agent to manage the property on my behalf. After speaking to many other agents in Crawley, Northwood is by far the best estate agent. Ben the manager came to our house, explained the entire process from start to finish and we knew straight away that it was Northwood we would be trusting with our home. Fast forward 3 years, I have never encountered a problem with Northwood. Every member of staff that I have spoken to (over the years that's probably everyone) is a credit to Northwood, Ben leads a team of caring, compassionate and professional individuals who provide excellent customer service. I recommend Northwood Crawley wholeheartedly, if your a novice landlord like me and you need professional guidance then Ben and his team will take care of you. Finally a big thank you to Sue who takes care of maintenance issues at Northwood Crawley, she is the backbone of the entire team and a lovely lady. Always a pleasure to talk to even though she only rings me when there's an issue lol. I don't normally name drop nor have I ever written a review on google before but these guys are worth it. Second time was when the first property was needed back by the landlord for personal reasons and they were able to find us a bigger and better property for our family. GoogleAlthough we didn’t end up renting through this agency, I was really impressed with the service throughout. Obada, in particular, was very attentive and professional, he kept in regular contact and updated us with suitable upcoming properties. It was clear he genuinely wanted to help us find the right place. Great service overall, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Please do not hesitate to use Northwood, Crawley they offer a professional and courteous service, always trying to please. I used them as a landlord taking advantage of the full management service and it was a stress free process. Will never use this agent again. When agreeing to let out property I could hear all agents cheering in the background as they let it before another agent did. It was very unprofessional. Promised stained carpet were to be replaced & a fresh coat of paint never happened. Garden was in a state overgrown. Being in the property we realised that it was full of damp and over time got worse. Someone from the agent came to take pictures nothing ever came of it. Over time damp got worse making us unwell we decided to leave as it wasn't fit for living in. Overall not a great agent will definitely avoid.

GoogleCustomer Service by the Office Manager, Emma Armstrong was the worst I have seen in all of time. I was looking to buy a house in Crawley. During the viewing she barely said a word and during offer and negotiation acted as more of a hindrance to the process rather than an aid. Very rude and unprofessional. Lacked tact or ability to empathise with her customer.I am actually shocked she is Office manager. I wonder what she teaches and trains her subordinates to be like. Definitely the worst agency I have come across thus far. Past reviews tell me I should not be surprised. Stay well clear guys!

GoogleNorthwood Crawley manage two properties for us. We have been found quality longterm tenants. I can rely on them to deal with our enquiries and management of any issues arising from the day to day running of the properties promptly and efficiently. However they go beyond this (particularly Sue & Megan) and have recently instigated the resolution of a long-term maintenance problem via the management company of our flat. Fantastic!

Northwoods have overseen this rental property for some thirty years and never faltered. Scheduled mandated checks, maintenance and the more unorthodox problems seamlessly dealt with. If it wasn’t for this blessed statist malevolent Marxist government I’d still be on board.🙃
