GoogleViewed a house today with King and Chase more. Rebecca the rep was brilliant, made us feel comfortable and welcome. We had a laugh and a joke while viewing the house and things went really smoothly. We then went to the branch and spent time sorting things out with Rebecca's colleague Andy, both of whom were professional courteous and helpful. Again we had a laugh with Andy while sorting out some paperwork and again we were made to feel valued and welcome. We can't wait to move into our new home and we highly recommend King and Chase more for rental or even purchasing your next home.

GoogleWould like to give our biggest thanks again to Cloe & Rebecca for handling everything so professionally and fast! I was helping my grandmother find a new place to live closer to us in Crawley from London and they made everything so smooth and easy for us. Them being so organized and received very fast replies helped so much. Apart from their professionalism it helped that they were both so easy going and approachable and made our stressful process honestly stress-free!! GoogleWe would like to praise and thank everyone at King & Chasemore for all their help with the sale of our house but the person who stands out in particular is Zoe Grice who did an amazing job! Cannot thank her more for all the time and trouble she took with the sale from start to finish not to mention her patience and kindness. Her attitude and professionalism were exemplary. Thanks also goes to Lou Lou and Sydney who were always there to help. Great Estate Agents and great staff! Wouldn't use anyone else!!

GoogleI am deeply dissatisfied with the level of support provided by King and Chasemore letting agents regarding a heating issue in my rented property. Prior to paying the rent, everything seemed fine; however, the situation drastically changed post-payment. I am having heating issues which is the radiator isn’t working. I contacted King and Chasemore Maintenance team for assistance. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they provided me with the contractor's number. I tried calling the contractor and he said to contact the Maintainance team. I am trying to get this issue resolved for past 3 days and there’s no support provided. I mean the agency can’t even provide basic necessities that is a working heater. Please be aware and check your property before moving in and it would be better if you don’t rent from king and Chasemore as the prices are high and the support they offer to any situation is really poor.

GoogleI contacted K&C around a year ago for some advice. What amazing help I got from Victoria. At this point we didn't know if we would be able to put the house on the market due to not having LPA. Didn't stop her helping though and spending a long time on the phone with me. 6 months later and able to confirm we could market the house I got back in touch with Victoria. Completed on Friday and can not thank the team there enough.

The whole team and process was seamless, from Sidney at the initial viewing of my new property right up until completion and key handover, the mortgage team and progression teams Always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. TrustpilotUtter Disappointment
I stopped using King & Chasemore about 10 years ago, my property came up for rent again recently. I gave clear reasons why I stopped using them and they assured me they'd improved greatly, definitely NOT the case, nothing has changed in that time. My experience was impressive while they were chasing me to sign up and completely lacklustre afterwards, I’m completely annoyed with myself for trying them again, I was right in the first place. Complete lack of communication, one market report on the first week, nothing since. I had to chase them for feedback after viewings, said booked viewings that didn’t happen, 3 weeks without so much as a phone call. I informed them I’d rented the property & all I got was some cursory emails with very few words. I suggested a phone call on 2 occasions so I could give proper feedback but that wasn’t taken up. Having chased me so hard in the beginning & I was the person that chased and assured me they’d improved greatly I’d be very interested hearing about our most recent performance & the reasons why I’d never use them again. If I owned King & Chasemore & knew about this I’d be extremely disappointed. If I was employed as a trouble shooter there would be more than enough work to turn them around into a decent letting agent.

GoogleHad the best customer service from Becky when letting a property. She was professional, personable and really made the process fun. She was also so speedy with getting everything sorted and paperwork sent out. She explained everything clearly and then emailed over all details to confirm everything straight away as well.
