GoogleCaused my friends lots of unnecessary stress. After they provided references, they heard nothing for nearly 7 days. When they finally contacted the agent, they were told the property had already been given to another applicant. On top of that, it took several more days to get their holding deposit refunded. Very poor communication and service. Do better.

Their professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, support, kindness and patience has shone through every step of my house sale, and they deserve to be recognised for their service excellence. If your looking for an estate agent with competent and caring staff then look no further. They will give you an honest valuation on your property, find you serious buyers and will guide you calmly through the selling process to completion. As we know, not all estate agents are the same, so it’s important to choose the right one. I had a bad experience with my original choice of estate agents, and then instructed King & Chasemore … and I’m very pleased I did! Simply brilliant 🤩

GoogleI have dealt with King and Chasemore for a number of years, and each time the service has been very professional. However, my latest experience was with Becky and she is amazing! not only is she a lively and bubbly person, but she also maintains absolute professionalism and has managed to get my little list of requested repairs sorted in a very timely manner. i can honestly say, she made the whole experience of rent inspection a more enjoyable one (if that's possible!). She has kept me informed every step of the way and has always been the first to reach out and chase up anything-not once have i had to chase her. Thanks to her, the Michelangelo art-piece i have on my ceilings from a previous leak will now be painted over, and i cannot say i will miss it! THANK YOU!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe are completely new to being landlords and renting out a property, so needed a managing agent to take us step by step through the process. We shopped around before making our choice, but are so happy with the choice we made. Andy, Becky and Cloe have been responsive, professional and informative, and have always been available when we have had a query. The price for the service was very competitive, and although we had a couple of lower quotes from other agents, the comprehensive and personable service made going with King & Chasemore worth every penny. On a practical note, they found us a tenant within 48 hours of us exchanging contracts - so all good there. I can't recommend King & Chasemore in Crawley highly enough as a letting agent.

Worst service EVER, and I am still paying a high price for going with King & Chasemore. I have never known such appalling and unethical service such as this. The practices employed here are off the scale. Over two weeks ago, we served notice on King & Chasemore after we found out they had been lying to us for months about the bottom end of the chain (sellers of flat trying to sell a property with cladding that did not meet the new H&S standards). Even after we found this out and served notice immediately on Monday 7th October (upon the advice of our solicitors), we were met with increased resistance from their staff who refused to accept our notice. it took all week, and we had to contact their area manager to finally get this sorted. However, today, we find that our property is still being marketed on rightmove. We have emailed them to ask this be taken down immediately but are met with radio silence. The sheer spitefulness and unethical business practices of this organisation is appalling. The emotional and pyshical toll this has taken on us cannot be put into words and I am disgusted with King & Chasemore since this is still ongoing, (after the notification period). Do not use these jokers under any circumstances, they have the moral compass of a child rapist.
