GoogleSo pleased of the whole process of my tenancy agreement from start to finish provided by Cubitt and West. From the initial introduction to the property to the smooth execution of the tenancy agreement, everything went seamlessly. Sophie Charman in particular, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, always ensuring all my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The team also handled all the property management tasks with great care, ensuring the property was well-maintained and tenants were happy. GoogleBrilliant job, thanks to Dionne we sold our property in three weeks and all went through very smoothly. She arranged an open day and handled all the viewings keeping us informed along the way. Their commission was a bit higher than other agents but gave us wider coverage and was worth paying the extra for a speedy conclusion.

GoogleI had a property rented with them and it was an absolute nightmare every time I needed anything, for over a year and a half I complained about mould and about my kitchen floor that had started to go black after 3 leaks and they completely ignored me, I had a toilet window that wouldn’t lock or open and it took them 5 months to send someone that just cleaned it so in 2 weeks the window was with same issue again! The customer service is the WORSE I’ve ever seen in an agency, they won’t call you back, don’t reply emails, I had to get the council involved as I have a 3 year old that was in hospital all the time during winter with chest infections and cough! I have saved all the emails, I’ve recorded the phone calls, I have pictures from the day I moved in and of water marks in the kitchen from that time already but all the agency did was try to blame us for the issue on the floor. When someone finally came to check (as we were told we were not allowed to remove the liner) the floor was damp, the wood would break in your hand, did they help after this? No! I had to get the council involved and even then nothing was really done. SAM that was dealing with us and ignoring my emails all of a sudden wasn’t working for them anymore, BETH that took over continued with the ignoring but as the council was mediating little things started to get done. We were told we needed to move, that the work would take a month and I needed to rent somewhere else (FOR A MONTH) and move all my things and then move back in until October (as they said they wouldn’t renovate my contract), the only “help” they offered was to not charge me rent for the time I wasn’t gonna be there as if they were the ones doing me a favor. I then asked for help to find another property… nothing! When I finally managed to find one and moved more issues… 2 weeks and I still didn’t get my deposit back! The walls were painted, lawn done, carpets washed, I even got neighbors to come in and see it as I was expecting more issues with them. Today I was told 3-5 days to get my deposit.. we’ll see if that will actually happen. STAY AWAY FROM THEM TO RENT
