As we all know, buying and selling houses is up there with the most stressful experiences. Solicitors are nightmares, and I certainly felt like I did all the chasing. The one person who either always answered the phone, or got back to my emails the same day, even on his days off was Brendan Simmons. He was overly helpful and was very precise with his help, and always fulfilled the questions I had with very detailed answers. Anyone who gets to work with him will be very lucky indeed.

Me and my partner used cubit and west Crawley to sell our house we was contacted by Darren who couldn’t of been more helpful and a true gent when he come to meet us and value the house. we couldn’t of asked for more. When it come to buying our new home we started our journey with speaking to Scott he was always on the look out for us and kept me up to date with everything that was coming through. Even when it come to the exchanging and completion he was there every step of the way giving me updates on our buyer which really gives you peace of mind. He really is good and if we need to buy another house in the future I will definitely be calling Scott back. A true credit to the company and they should be likely to have someone like him in there itinerary.

Moved in and had a few snags on the electrics not working. Nothing has been done since February. Not even had a working oven for the last 6 weeks. Cigarette butts found in dishwasher after an apparent professional clean which I'm yet to see the invoices for. Not one call has been made to update me, no letter, nothing. Very poor attitude once you've moved in from a tenants point. I have kids, I'm a single dad and these monsters left us without the ability to cook for 6 weeks. They didn't care they didn't help they just left me and my kids to it. Shocking experience. If you want dirty cupboards, disgusting dishwashers and zero service and the them to try and up the rent every year as standard (say no to that and they go away) then Cubit and West are your people. Landlords avoid them. Disgusting service, dirty properties and stealing your deposit is standard. They also try and up your rent as part of their renewal process, every year without fail. But, and here's the win. If you say no, they don't chase you, they just leave it because they don't ask the landlords, they just do it as a process which is disgusting to say the least. Try that when they try to hike it next time and save yourself the money. Shocking business model set up for landlords to bully tenants

I didn't buy a house via Cubitt and West in the end but I'd like to commend the service I received during the viewing process and I did view many properties through you. Particular commendation goes to Scott Ives who was so helpful to me. He was very knowledgeable of the Crawley area and was so patient with me and ready to advice and answer my numerous questions. I rearranged so many viewing and he was accommodating of it all. Thanks so much for your help Scott, even though the property that suited all my needs was found via another agent, I will definitely recommend you to others that need to buy in the Crawley area.

Having a bad experience with previous agency when we previously tried to sell our flat, we decided to sell through Cubit & West and it was definitely the right choice. The agency has been very professional, and we really like their website where we could see all of the feedbacks and offers so it is all nice and transparent, which we were definitely missing with previous mentioned agency when they did not even bother to obtain the feedback after viewings. We were mostly dealing with Darren and Nichole who were always nice and very professional, but the whole team has been very responsive and always dealt with any enquiries promptly. On both occasions they managed to re-negotiate higher amount than asking price, and we are happy we selected them rather than anybody else, even if they may have slightly higher commission fees, but for the service you will be getting it is well worth it in the end.
