Currently in the process of selling our flat and buying a house. Cubbitt and West have been our estate agents supporting us through the whole process. The customer service has been exceptional. No question is ever too silly and they are well informed. Whilst we had initially only contracted them to help with the sale of the flat, they have supported us and connected us to everyone we need for every step of the process- that’s lawyers (who are handling both the sale and the purchase), financial advisor, marketing team, conveyancers and essentially everything we didn’t even know we needed to think of. They have made what was a daunting task into a smooth process. Highly recommend! And a special thank you to Nichole for all her hard work 🫶🏾

Cubitt & West acted as our estate agents in selling our flat. The process turned out to be quite challenging, with numerous complications and delays, all of which were outside of Cubitt & West’s control. Throughout it all, the one constant source of support was Tyrone (I feel he deserves a special mention, as he was truly outstanding). Despite the stress and setbacks, Tyrone was consistently understanding, proactive, and incredibly dedicated. From start to finish, he handled everything with professionalism and courtesy, making what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. What a brilliant team. We invited 4 estate agents in to sell our house and we selected cubit & West as they came across as the most experienced and a really genuine team of people without the sales patter you normally get with others. We had a positive experience with Cubitt & West overall, particularly thanks to Nichole, Tyrone and Chase. We were initially impressed with Tyrone when viewing a property at the start of our buying journey, which influenced our decision to choose Cubitt & West as our agent. After our first sale unfortunately collapsed (through no fault of Cubitt & West), we needed to secure a new buyer quickly and requested an open day. Tyrone ran this for us, which resulted in several offers and ultimately a strong buyer being secured in a short timeframe - something that really helped take the pressure off what could have been a very stressful situation. From there, Tyrone was heavily involved in managing the sales process, keeping in regular contact with us, our buyers, and the onward purchase agent. This consistent communication made a real difference in keeping everyone aligned and helped avoid delays. Nichole also played a key role in keeping things progressing - stepping in when needed, following things up, and even staying late in the office at times to help push things forward. Her support gave us confidence that the process was being actively managed, rather than left to drift. Chase’s work on the marketing side also clearly helped generate strong interest early on, which contributed to us securing a good outcome quickly. There were some challenges with communication from the in-house solicitors at times, but overall the service was good and we would happily recommend Cubitt & West.

I had an excellent experience working with Tyrone Hayles from Cubitt & West, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight his outstanding customer service. Although at the end of the day I proceeded with another agent because they had a unit on a higher floor in the same apartment, this decision had nothing to do with the quality of service Tyrone provided. From the very beginning, Tyrone made me feel like a valued customer. Despite us never meeting in person, he was incredibly patient over the phone. Knowing that I’m not a native English speaker, he made the effort to slow down during every call to ensure smooth communication. Tyrone went above and beyond to make the process easier for me. He scheduled a meeting with their partnered mortgage advisor, let me know in advance who would contact me, and even sent SMS reminders to ensure I didn’t miss the meeting. His follow-up calls were always well-timed, never interrupting my busy work hours, and he even took the time to write personal emails with the details of my viewings, rather than relying on system-generated messages. During the first viewing, I met Olive, who was impressively professional. He arrived early, switched on the lights in the apartment, and was very familiar with the house's details, patiently answering all my questions, something I deeply appreciated as a first-time buyer. (This stood out because, in contrast, another agent from a different company once showed me a property on a rainy day without turning on the lights, leaving the space dark and uninviting.) While one of the subsequent viewings was less smooth due to a younger, less experienced agent being late, Tyrone’s consistent professionalism and attention to detail more than made up for it. Even after I decided to move forward with another agent, Tyrone followed up to ensure I received a refund for the conveyancer, which I truly appreciated. His customer-first approach really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyrone to anyone looking for a property, I’m confident others will have a great experience working with him.
