Writing reviews is not something we do very often do as a family so the fact we have done this means my husband and I were exceptionally impressed with Nichole Holland who very recently carried out an evaluation on our property which has now been sold as a result. Nichole’s customer service was impeccable not only was she totally professional, but friendly and down to earth she was able to answer all our questions regarding timings of sale, completion and mortgage applications (we did have a lot of questions!!! ) she was incredibly flexible around our son who has autism and did display some challenging behaviour whilst Nichole visited. This could have made the situation very difficult for all concerned however Nichole took this in her stride clearly making her a very experienced estate agent and for which we are incredibly grateful…. It became event very quickly having had a totally different experience with an independent estate agent that I would not want to repeat why Cubitt and West are slightly more expensive however like with most things in life you get what you pay for !! Not only would I highly recommend Cubbitt and West but I sincerely hope that Nichole is still around the next time we consider a move she is a credit to the company Thank you Nichole x

The reason I kept on with my property hunting in Crawley is because of Steve Bilotto from Cubit & West, Crawley. He is not only participative in the property viewing process but also explains every single bit of it, unlike most of the estate agents that don’t know the answer to the questions. He didn’t only help us with the properties that we asked to view, but also understood my taste and requirement and came back with the set of properties that were of the exact interest. I am sure C&W is culturing a really happy client experience with all their efforts, and Steve definitely is the best reflection of it. Would highly recommend them for the property search in Crawley.

I have recently let a property through Cubitt & West Crawley and it has been a stress-free and simple process from start to finish. Sophie has been friendly and helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me secure the property I wanted. This has involved contacting the landlord and tenant to arrange me a viewing at a different time to accommodate my work schedule, getting draft agreements and necessary links sent out quickly, and rearranging the pick up time for my keys on a Saturday to make my moving day easier. Any time I have called or emailed, she has responded quickly and been polite and professional every time. My tenancy will be managed via Cubitt & West Crawley and based upon my experience so far with Sophie and the team, I am confident that this will be just as positive an experience!

Avoid avoid avoid. If it's multiple lies and excuses that your into then crack on with these utter clowns.if like me you work hard and value your time walk away even if they are selling your dream home.there will be another somewhere being sold by professional agent. After weeks of these guys making it impossible for us to view a property, taking no note of our offers exceeding 25k above asking, promising return calls daily yet never calling, arguing with you when you do get through, making up story's and acting like you've missed viewings which were never booked. Emailing you inviting you to make full final offers on a property you've never seen, telling you something's sold when it isn't or it's available when it's sold, ignoring you when they realise you know more about properties situation than they want you to know and blackmailing you by saying you can view a property but only if you ditch your mortgage advisor and use ours..... This has lead me to request them to remove all my contact details and inform them that if I receive another email text etc then I will be making contact with my solicitor to make formal complaint of harassment. These people of cubbit and west are complete cowboys. The worse I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. There are plenty of high street estate agents out there to choose from. My advise. Choose any one but.... Loving the reply cubbit. There was never an offer accepted as the property is still not sold 👍👍👍 Yet after weeks of asking to view all we were told were contradicting story's from multiple staff. A property surely can't be sold, available, under offer and then available all in the same few hours yet this is what we've been told. Asking us to ditch our finance advisor and use yours inorder to get a viewing...... Never heard anything Iike it.

Nichole initially overvalued the property, only to later suggest a price reduction. The fees were too high, and the contract lock-in period was excessive. Throughout the process, questions were often met with vague, overconfident responses rather than clear answers, for example, dismissive lines like ‘We are the top dog, don’t worry about it.’ Additionally, feedback from potential buyers wasn’t chased quickly enough. On a positive note, Tyrone and Ollie were great, though we didn’t have much interaction with them
